HFCDA Rules
- All standard HF rules apply - Please copy & paste the post above you. Rollover entries will be used. - Horses are limited to: two three-day combined driving level (in any consecutive configuration, e.g. training level pairs and preliminary singles, training level pairs and training level teams, etc) OR one three-day combined driving level plus up to three single/extra classes - Singles are for one horse; pairs are two horses side-by-side; teams are four-in-hand. Horses should be competing at the same level or within one level of each other (e.g. an advanced horse shouldn't be competing in a training class) - Where offered, very small equines (e.g. Miniature Horses, Miniature Donkeys, etc) not exceeding 36" should compete in Miniature Horse divisions. If not offered, they may compete in the Ponies divisions. - Ponies may compete in the horses division if in pairs or teams, but horses may not compete in the ponies division. - Scurry classes are odone as PAIRS. - Marathon Skills Tests are done as SINGLES. - Driven Dressage horses are welcome to compete in the last classes (xxx - xxx)
Age Guidelines Novice: this is a special division created by the HFCDA for three year olds and older Training: four year olds and older Preliminary: five year olds and older Intermediate: six year olds and older Advanced: seven year olds and older
